About this event
The seminar follows a mock Employment Tribunal hearing based on a sexual harassment case, showing witness evidence, cross-examination and judgment. It also covers employers' duty to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment, with guidance from the Employment team at Blacks Solicitors and Counsel. It is aimed at employers and gives practical advice on preventing, managing and responding to complaints.
