About this event

This in-person session is run by Buttercrumble, a female-led design studio, as part of its DesignHer peer-powered network. It is for women, including trans and non-binary people, from underrepresented backgrounds in West Yorkshire who face barriers in the creative industries. The event opens with a short talk on skills and sharing creative opportunities, then moves into a peer mentoring session based on action learning, where participants share current challenges and work through them together. Guest mentoring is part of the format.
