About this event
This one-hour online webinar explains why good governance matters when a business prepares for equity or debt investment. It is aimed at founder CEOs and covers getting governance right for investment, treating governance as an accelerator rather than a brake, and the roles a founder-CEO holds. The session is led by Nick Sturge MBE, a portfolio non-executive chair and adviser who runs board governance workshops for founder-CxOs.
