This funded in-person session in Skipton covers key management skills and how to build, motivate and lead high-performing teams. It includes manager skills sessions led by North Yorkshire Council's HR Advisory Team on managing attendance, resolving issues at work and managing probation, plus a session on team dynamics, motivation and engagement. It is aimed at managers and is part of a government-funded programme that supports inclusive workplaces.
