About this event

This is an in-person roundtable for employers, education providers, policy makers and local government, and for other professionals interested in workforce and skills challenges. It opens with a panel on the local workforce landscape, then an employer panel, followed by small mixed group discussions on recruitment and retention, pathways into work, soft skills and work readiness. Speakers include representatives from YNYCA, Harrogate College, Ripon Grammar School and several local employers. Attendees can build shared understanding of these challenges and identify practical actions to take together.
