About this event

This half day training course on dangerous goods is for anyone who handles, stores or transports them. It covers what dangerous goods are, the modal regulations for transport, how these rules intersect with health and safety regulations, the nine classes, UN numbers and proper shipping names, safety data sheets, UN specification packaging, and transport documents. Attendees gain a basic understanding of the regulations, help in preventing accidents and avoiding fines and penalties.
