Selby Civic Centre has meeting rooms to hire in four sizes, from Meeting Room 2 for up to 14 people to the Council Chamber for up to 65 people, with the Civic Suite combining the Council Chamber and Committee Room for up to 85. All meeting rooms offer free wi-fi, audio visual technology, free on-site parking and use of an on-site café run by the NHS. A hearing loop is available in the main reception area and in the meeting rooms.

A free online start-up incubator with weekly live training, one-to-one advice and on-demand learning, for people running or launching a start-up in York and North Yorkshire. Participants could win up to £2,500 in micro grants at the end of the programme.
