Central Library and Archives has two meeting rooms for hire: a ground floor room for 15 in boardroom layout or 1-to-1 sessions, and a 2nd floor room for 20 in boardroom layout or 40 in lecture style. Facilities include a smart TV, flip chart, hot water and cups on request, and a 70 inch smart TV and laptop for presentations in the 2nd floor room, with a kitchenette next to it. Free open wi-fi is available in all meeting rooms.

Central Library meeting rooms: £17 standard, £10.50 discounted and £20 commercial per hour, charged during library opening hours. Meeting room facility charges: kitchenette £5 and flip-chart stand, paper and pens £6, per session, excluding VAT.
