Things we could not confirm

  • Opening date 26 October 2026 is still to come relative to today (3 November 2026)? Text says opens 26/10/2026, which is before today, so status treated as upcoming per listing; check the EIT page.
  • Two cohort places are reserved for Ignite NEB applicants through a separate process.
  • Grant is paid in two €11,000 instalments; amount is in euros, not pounds, so no GBP figures given.
  • Eligible for start-ups with at least €15,000 revenue in 2026, or €40,000 investment, or Ignite NEB participation; check full criteria on the EIT page.
  • Sector list on the page includes many sectors; the programme focuses on NEB values and KIC focus areas.
  • Information session and stage dates are on the EIT Community page.
