About this event
This online session, run through Business Academy, looks at when a growing business should bring in senior financial expertise and which options suit its next stage. Attendees learn to recognise the signs that their finance setup has been outgrown, understand the realistic range of options, and use a simple framework to decide what fits. It is aimed at small business owners and leaders. Speakers are three fractional CFOs from The CFO Centre, Andy Collier, Sanjay Patel and Paul Nichols.
