About this event
This workshop shows business owners how to choose AI tools by starting with their objectives rather than with particular platforms. Using Dr Kampakis's OCT framework (Objectives, Capabilities, Tools), it covers mapping objectives to measurable AI capability needs with a priority matrix, and evaluating vendors, open-weight models and agent platforms with a weighted scorecard. It also looks at open standards such as MCP (Model Context Protocol) to reduce integration cost and avoid vendor lock-in.
