This in-person introductory workshop, run by Business and IP Centre Leeds, looks at the Business Model Canvas planning tool and its companion Value Proposition Canvas. It is aimed at people at the pre-start-up stage or those planning a new product launch. Attendees leave with a structured, visual way to develop a business idea before writing a formal business plan. The event is part of a funded start-up support programme and requires registration and brief end-of-session paperwork.
