About this event

This workshop looks at how carbon dioxide emitted by industrial sites can be turned into commercial value, for example by converting captured CO₂ into saleable chemical products using an electrolyser developed at the University of Huddersfield. It is aimed at businesses that emit concentrated CO₂, such as those in chemicals, steel, cement, food and drink, and at advisers and suppliers to them, particularly people in operations, engineering, sustainability, R&D and energy or environmental compliance. Attendees can discuss their costs and constraints with the organisers, who want to shape the technology so it pays back on their site.
