About this event
This free online live workshop, the third in the Flying Start series run by North East BIC, covers how to find, understand and reach your first customers, including target customer profiling, basic market research and low-cost marketing tools. It also looks at identifying your unique selling point and building an elevator pitch, and at using AI with your own judgement. It is aimed at people in Sunderland with a business idea or an interest in self-employment, and is led by business advisers Helen Wardropper, Hina Joshi and Kelly Marshall.
