Topics include the three types of conflict in an organisation, understanding one's own preferred approach, resolving disputes between two parties, and intervening to stop disruptive behaviour. It suits anyone who wants to deal with conflict promptly, using practical exercises and discussions. The course is open only to LeedsBID levy paying businesses.
